  • 3 large eggs
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mash the bananas with a fork on a flat surface until smooth. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the dry ingredients—almond flour, sea salt, baking powder, and cinnamon—to the mashed bananas.
  • Incorporate the wet ingredients—eggs, maple syrup, and olive oil—mixing until the batter is smooth.
  • Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by lightly spraying it with oil and lining it with parchment paper.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the top is golden and cracked in the center.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
