Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Chop green onions and grate cheese.
Drain canned chicken and set aside.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
Add cubed cream cheese and garlic powder, whisking until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in drained canned chicken, chopped green onions, and grated cheese, reserving some cheese for topping.
Transfer mixture to a prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with remaining cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
While baking, slice carrots, cucumbers, and celery.
Remove from oven and garnish with additional green onions.
Serve warm with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
