Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese divided
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 cups cauliflower steamed or microwaved until tender
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Ground Beef:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef.
  • Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Break the beef into small pieces and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Prepare the Cauliflower: Steam or microwave the cauliflower until tender.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, softened cream cheese, and steamed cauliflower.
  • Mix well, then stir in half of the shredded cheese.

Add Eggs:

  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then mix them into the meat and cheese mixture.

Transfer to Baking Dish:
