Ingredients
  

  • 100 g dark chocolate with almonds, if preferred, chopped
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A little butter for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  • Add peanut butter, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  • Stir in half of the chopped chocolate.
  • Grease a baking pan with butter and pour in the batter.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy!
