- 100 g dark chocolate with almonds, if preferred, chopped
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A little butter for greasing
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
Add peanut butter, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Stir in half of the chopped chocolate.
Grease a baking pan with butter and pour in the batter.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
