- 1 lb raw shrimp peeled
- 12 oz smoked chicken sausage sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
- Salt & pepper to taste
Prep Ingredients: Shrimp are patted dry, and broccoli is washed. Sausage is sliced into coins.
Cook Sausage: Olive oil is heated in a cast-iron skillet. Sausage slices are caramelized for 5 minutes, then set aside.
Sauté Shrimp: Shrimp are cooked in the same skillet for 2 minutes per side until pink. Removed and set aside.
Make Sauce: Garlic is sautéed for 30 seconds. Honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes are stirred in until bubbly.
Combine: Broccoli is added to the skillet and stir-fried for 4 minutes. Sausage and shrimp are tossed in the sauce.
