  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Ravioli: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lobster ravioli until al dente, according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
